I was used to do the practice of Astanga yoga five years ago. I successfully completed the first series of Astanga and was very eager to go to the next level. For the practice, I spent 90 minutes for per weak and unfortunately, I had to leave that due to some quirks in my shoulder, skeleton and the right elbow. During the practice, I was unable to lift my hands properly and the unhealthy dose of Astanga practice led me to self injury. My father told me to consult a physiotherapist immediately before my problem became chronic.
Under the guidance of the physiotherapist, I stopped my Astanga yoga and started to do physiotherapy exercises to cure my problem and wanted to come back to my normal life. Gradually, I controlled my condition and was coming back to my normal life. But there was a problem. There was a chance of returning the condition in travelling heavily or using laptop or desktop for work. I spent lots of money to get permanent relief from my shoulder pain, back pain and other joint pains. My physiotherapist suggested me to go for surgery for getting complete relief. I was unsure about the complete relief through surgery.  
In the middle of thinking about what to do or not, a close friend gave me an acupressure mat like a general mat and told me to use it properly. I lied down on the mat and the mat started to work. The key points on its surface created a sensation in my entire body. I felt relaxed and fell asleep on the acupressure mats after ten minutes and woke up after an hour and then I went to bed for a sound sleep. I felt an accidental change in my entire body and took decision to use it on a regular basis for getting complete relief from my pain. I used the pad regularly for a month and got the total relief from my joint pain. Now, I use the mat whenever I feel stress, insomnia, tension and joint pains. I have a great experience with acupressure mat and so, I strongly advise you to use the same to get natural cure from joint pains, back pain, shoulder pain,stress,tension,insomnia,etc.
